Daily Card Draws.

The Ace of Cups and the Page of Swords.

Posted on 15 July, 2019 at 5:35

I've drawn 2 cards from the Gummy Bear Tarot for my weekly question: What did I do well in Last week and what do I need to concentrate on this coming week?

The Ace of Cups is my card for what I did well in last week. This shows a chalice above a pond with lily pads floating on its surface. The dove symbolises divine blessing, while the overflowing chalice relates to abundance. This shows I did well on an emotional level last week, looking for new starts in different areas of my life and taking steps towards making the things I want come into play. I've been re-evaluating some of my mindsets, the direction I'm heading in and trying to bring back more meditation and mysticism into my day to day life. There have been important issues that have distracted me from some of these in recent years, so it's time to work towards getting back on track again in this area.

The Page of Swords encourages me to find the energy and drive of youth this coming week. The bear in this card is practising his swordsmanship skills, thinking about what he's doing and what he hopes to accomplish in life. He's not sitting around waiting for things to come to him as he's driven and wants to get results, fast! This is telling me to concentrate, to hone my thoughts and focus on what I want to achieve in life. I need to be independent, to resolve conflicts or issues that arise and to be resourceful in my actions.
