Ilbe the Retriever.

Ilbe the Retriever from The Faeries' Oracle sounds like a dog's name, and if you think about how a dog brings a ball back to us after we've thrown it, then this is a good analogy for him. He helps us find things we've lost, whether these are physical items, hopes, dreams or ideas, and helps us to try and find them. This can be obvious in that we've lost our glasses and they then turn up, albeit in an unusual place, or it could be more subtle, like seeing signs around us reminding us of a dream we had that we've given up on over time.

Personally, I often find this comes about in seeing references to something, and the signs and occurrences relating to this becoming more and more regular until I actually take notice of them and begin to act in a way to manifest it into my life. It can also be reassuring as once I've made a decision I sometimes wonder if it's the right one and can start to doubt myself. By seeing signs and references to this decision that are unusual and unexpected it helps to reassure me that I'm on the right path and I'm not crazy giving it a try.

I hope that Ilbe helps us all to discover something that was lost in our lives today, whether it's as mundane as our keys or something that has the potential to have an extraordinary impact on our lives if we follow our dreams.
